Worst Dressed Diva Of The Week: Tichina Arnold

Tichina Arnold totally miss the mark this week. I haven't seen such an unflattering dress like this in a while. It added at least twenty pounds to her frame and the material looks cheap and tacky. She was a hot mess from head to toe!
