Worst Dressed Diva Of The Week: Naturi Naughton

Naturi Naughton is such a pretty girl so it pains me to put her on the worst dressed list.

I just can't get over that hideous decoration in the middle. It looks like she had surgery and the doctor forgot to sew her up!
