Kim Kardashian jealous of Old Navy model Melissa Molinaro?

Star celebs deal with fake celeb sightings all the time, but occasionally, someone bears a resemblance that is uncanny. Kim Kardashian is allegedly suing Old Navy for $20 million for using a celebrity look-alike in an ad campaign. But the television commercial advertisement featuring the pretty brunette singing about being a famous celeb came out back in February -- and Kim said nothing then! So what gives?

Showbiz Tonight [via HLN] said a jealous Kim K sued months after the ad campaign ran when she found out Old Navy model Melissa Molinaro, a skinnier celebrity look-alike, was linked romantically to her ex Reggie Bush. US Weekly backed up the news with a new story verifying that Molinaro and Bush are dating seriously.

While Kim Kardashian is claiming to be furious over the retail clothing company hiring a celebrity look-alike, setting up a reality television star parody, and then running a tweet campaign using Kim's name without her permission to market their low-cost goods, it seems that being upstaged by a younger, thinner, and what some think is a prettier girl is what has her flustered.

But why the venom now, when the most famous Kardashian sister is so close to her wedding date to NBA fiancé Kris Humphries?

Reggie Bush -- who has to give back his Heisman Trophy award after news broke that he'd been accepting perks for being a college football player illegally -- is no real catch.

Melissa Molinaro is an aspiring actress and model who bears a striking resemblance to Kim Kardashian but the girls do not so much like twins other than in the face. Molinaro has a much more attractive (albeit less sensational) figure than Kim K.

After seeing Kim and her sisters Khloe and Kourtney actually have an x-ray of Kim's butt taken on their reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians to prove she did not have butt implants, it seems that Kim is implying her must lucrative asset to market is her unique looking backside.

To that end, her claim she's financially been injured to the tune of $15-20M because Old Navy used a prettier model to make fun of the reality TV star in a commercial seems a bit ridiculous. What appears more likely is that Kim got mad when she heard that not only was Melissa Molinaro starting to get press on her own, she was allegedly hooking up with Kim's ex Reggie Bush -- and for whatever reason, that may have been the straw that broke the camel's amply backside... causing her to lash out with lawyers.
