Woman Of Style: Veronica Webb

Veronica Webb is one of the few models who actually moved on from modeling in the early 90's to a successful career in the fashion industry. The supermodel was the first African-American to land an exclusive cosmetic contract with Revlon. She graced the runway for Karl Lagerfeld, Azzedine Alaia and Isaac Mizrahi. Webb was the co-host of the first season of Bravo's Tim Gunn's Guide To Style.

The Detroit native style is totally "New York Chic". She is sophisticated but yet she can funk things up with unique textures and prints. Webb adore exotic ethnic prints. Rachel Roy and Sophie Theallet are some of her favorite designers. She was one of the first celebrities to rock Theallet garments on the red carpet.

I admire Veronica's wardrobe because it consist of elegant red carpet dress as well as fabulous funky garments. It's a great balance between the two worlds.
