OSU AD Gene Smith will hold a press conference today to address rumors that several Buckeye football players, including QB Terrelle Pryor, traded autographs for tattoos.  Pryor's response tweet -

I paid for my tattoos. GoBucks

That means others did not?  Either way where did TP get the coin for all this ink?
