Stacy Keibler Shows Off Sexy Six-Pack Amidst Pregnancy Rumors
Stacy Keibler Shows Off Sexy Six-Pack Amidst Pregnancy Rumors
Despite reports to the contrary, Stacy Keibler isn't carrying George Clooney's child -- as her first official Instagram photo proves.
Though the model, 32, hasn't addressed the pregnancy rumors herself, a source tells TMZ they are "100% false." And on June 20, Keibler -- who is vacationing in Como, Italy with Clooney, 51, at his famed estate -- uploaded a photo of herself in the gym.
With a dumbbell in hand, the model showed off her sexy, sweaty six-pack abs in a white sports bra and black yoga pants.
To get her bangin' bod, Keibler constantly changes her workout routine. "I go to Barry's Bootcamp, I go to Physique 57 -- every week is different for me," she told Us Weekly earlier this year. "Sometimes I'll go to Barry's three times a week because it fits into my schedule better, and sometimes I'll work out with a trainer five times a week."
She added: "I also like boxing. That's an amazing workout. . . Summer is when I start getting in the groove of at least once or twice a week mixing in something like boxing. I just like to mix it up."
Keibler, a former Baltimore Ravens cheerleader, has always been athletic. "I started dancing and playing sports at a young age, and then I got into cheerleading and I've always had that," she told Us. "
But even at 15 I was going to the gym. I've just always been conscious of being healthy and I'm really very balanced. I like to eat a lot so I have to work out a lot to balance it out."[usmagazine.com]

Molly Sims : My Hot Sexy Body "Does Not Come Naturally"
Molly Sims : My Hot Sexy Body "Does Not Come Naturally"
It requires a lot of discipline to look as good as Molly Sims.
The 38-year-old model-turned-actress covers the January issue of Shape, where she admits her incredible physique "does not come naturally. I wasn't born with this body."
"I have to work out 60 to 90 minutes at least five days a week and stick to a high-fiber, low-calorie eating plan," Sims explains.
The Project Accessory host wasn't always so dedicated to her health. After a string of fad diets and erratic workout routines, Sims was determined to find something that would stick.
"I wanted to be consistent with my exercise, so I committed to working out for 30 days in a row, no matter what," she tells Shape. "For an hour every day, I did something. I was on the elliptical or the treadmill, and if someone asked me to go to a class -- whether it was spinning, boxing, yoga, you name it -- I went."
Sims, who recently wed movie producer Scott Stuber, 42, eventually fell in love with the gym.
"By the end of the month, I felt so good, I just kept going," she recalls. "I didn't want to lose my momentum."[usmagazine.com]
